on Jesus from beating & the pierce of the sword.
Bitter Herbs
Horseradish represents the Isrealite's bitter life as slaves in Eygpt.
Kharoset
apple, nut, honey mix represent mortar used for building projects
eat Kharoset & Matzah remember thier hard labor as slaves
Betzah
egg represents spring, sign of hope and new life
